How sessions are booked

The sessions, offered through the website, take place exclusively online, through a special platform. By entering the Website and creating an individual account, you can purchase one or more services by filling in a form with your contact information and the desired details of the session, i.e. date and time, when it will take place. Two (2) service packages are offered through the Website, namely (a) free 20′ information meeting and (b) ongoing consultation plan.

Once you have finished choosing the package, in the second case (b), you will be asked to choose a payment method. After you have completed the payment in the way you have chosen, the registration of your order is completed and you receive an automated order confirmation message via electronic mail, to the account you indicated to us when entering your details in the special form. The above email will include (a) the link, which you should follow to make the sessions on the specified day and time (b) useful information and (c) a link, which will redirect you to a form entitled “Parent Counseling Initiation Questionnaire”, which you are invited to optionally answer before the sessions start, in order to help us provide you with our services effectively.

Detailed information can be found in the Parental Counseling Consent Form, which will be signed by both you and the Counselor, who will be assigned to you, before the sessions begin.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

  1. In the event that the Company changes the date of the session for any reason, the Customer must be contacted by phone or email, in order to inform him accordingly. If the Client does not wish to carry out the session on a new date, he is entitled to claim a refund of the price paid, by depositing into a bank account, which he will indicate to the Company.
  2. In the event that the Client wishes to change the set date of the session, he must inform the Company as soon as possible in any convenient way. You can change the day and time of a meeting up to 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time. Excluded from this rule is the first meeting if it is booked less than 24 hours after its start time, as it is possible to book the first meeting even 120 minutes before it starts. In the event that a new date cannot be agreed upon due to the customer’s fault, the price is not refunded.
  3. In the event that the client wishes to cancel the scheduled session, he must inform the Company as soon as possible, in any convenient way. In the event that you cancel the session less than 24 hours after it took place or do not show up on the pre-arranged day and time, no money will be refunded. Otherwise, you will be refunded the full (100%) of the price, to a bank account that you will indicate to us.

Refund policy

After the completion of a total of four (4) first sessions, you have the right to request a refund of the total amount you paid, to an account that you will indicate to us, in case you were not satisfied with the provision of our services for any reason.
