I am a licensed Psychologist, holding a Master’s degree (MSc) in Clinical Psychology, specializing in emotion management and the impact of traumatic events on memory. I am currently undergoing training in Hellenic Institute of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (Albert Ellis Institute, New York).
I have professional experience as a psychotherapist as well as in patient advocacy in the United States. My completed practicums were in research in vulnerable populations, and dementia assessment in the elderly. I hold certifications from seminars related to women’s mental health, sexology, and pharmacological management in individuals with addiction misuse issues.
I believe that the parental experience begins from within, and that proper self-regulation combined with practical advice can turn any obstacle into an opportunity for connection between parent and child. Proper guidance in creating this connection is of utmost importance, aiming to shape a new, calmer, and more fulfilling relationship for both parent and child.
