I was born and raised in Athens. I am a graduate of the Psychology Department of Panteion University and have completed three postgraduate programs: in Human Resource Management (Alba Graduate Business School), in Stress Science and Health Promotion (School of Medicine, EKPA) and in School Counseling and Guidance (Educational Department of Elementary Education, EKPA). The latter also grants me pedagogical competence. I have several years of professional experience as a school psychologist and member of interdisciplinary committees for psychoeducational support of students within the greek public education system. Further, I have participated in research on cognitive psychology and have published papers in national conferences on psychology and international scientific journals. I have attended numerous seminars in special education, vocational guidance and psychotherapy for both adults and adolescents. I am also currently attending training programs in both systemic and cognitive & behavioural therapy. I am proficient in English and French.
